9.0 the cost of the WEALTH TRADING BY OLIVER VELEZ PROGRAM is 4,000 dollars and with the Oliver Velez’s authorization and in the times that he grants them, it will have discounts ranging from 1,997 dollars to 1,797 dollars. This payment is made only once and does not constitute a membership.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
10.1 This Agreement will be governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the applicable law in Colombia.
10.2 The user understands that any action or legal procedure between IFUNDTRADERS or OLIVER VELEZ and the user for any purpose related to this Agreement or the obligations of the parties under it will be resolved only in a COLOMBIAN COURT OF ARBITRAMENT.

1.1 IFUNTRADERS ofrece un portal de internet www.tradingolivervelez.com/trade-for-wealth/ (en adelante nos referiremos a él como el portal). El Portal es un portal online que contiene información dada por Oliver Velez sobre inversión en acciones, divisas y futuros. El Portal puede ofrecer acceso a la información y servicios proporcionados por terceros. La utilización que haga el usuario del Portal está sujeto al cumplimiento de los términos y condiciones establecidos a continuación.
1.2 Términos y condiciones de uso del Portal. El presente documento establece los términos y condiciones bajo los cuales el usuario puede utilizar este Portal. El usuario deberá leer esta página detenidamente antes de acceder al Portal o de utilizarlo. IFUNTRADERS y OLIVER VELEZ no gestionan, controlan ni aprueban ningún tipo de información, productos ni servicios de acciones, divisas o futuros o cualquier otro instrumento negociable de ninguna forma.
2.2 IFUNDTRADERS no garantiza que el Portal carezca de interrupciones o errores, ni que vayan a dictarse las charlas por parte de Oliver Vélez en las fechas establecidas, ya que los cambios se presentan a discreción de Oliver Velez de acuerdo al tiempo que tenga para realizar las sesiones.
3.0 Derechos de autor (copyright), licencias y envío de ideas
3.1 IFUNDTRADERS posee la propiedad sobre, texto, clips de sonido, videoclips y otro contenido a disposición del usuario en este Portal, o bien tiene derechos de uso de dicho contenido. Todo ese contenido está protegido por las leyes sobre propiedad intelectual y derechos de autor de LATINOAMERICA y jurisdicciones extranjeras. El uso no autorizado del contenido puede infringir las leyes vigentes sobre derechos de autor, marcas comerciales o propiedad intelectual u otras leyes. 6.0 Indemnización
6.1 El usuario se compromete a indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a IFUNDTRADERS, OLIVER VELEZ y, sus delegados, directores, empleados y agentes, frente a todas las pérdidas económicas, gastos, daños y costes, incluyendo los costes legales derivados de cualquier infracción de estos términos y condiciones (incluida la conducta negligente o ilícita) por parte del usuario o cualquier otra persona que acceda al Sitio y a sus servicios; producidos de cualquier forma como resultado del uso de la información emitida en el portal para realizar inversiones en acciones, divisas, futuros o en cualquier otro instrumento negociable. Acceso a las clases dictadas y grabadas del año 2020 en adelante, El programa trade for wealth es un programa al cual tendrás acceso de por vida.
8.0 al ingresar al programa acepta que no está adquiriendo un curso de venta de señales, no se enseña cómo abrir una cuenta en un bróker, no se administran posiciones de ningún suscriptor al curso, no se enseña a operar plataforma alguna ni se recomienda, no tiene graduación para operar con el dinero de Oliver Vélez. En este programa se adquiere únicamente educación impartida por Oliver Vélez en lo referente a trading de acciones, divisas y futuros.
9.0 el costo del PROGRAMA WEALTH TRADING BY OLIVER VELEZ, es de 4.000 dólares y con autorización de Oliver Velez y en los tiempos que él los otorgue tendrá descuentos desde los 1.997 dólares, hasta los 1.797 dólares. Este pago se realiza una sola vez y no constituye una membresía.
10. Legislación aplicable y resolución de disputas
10.1 Este Acuerdo se regirá e interpretará exclusivamente de conformidad con la legislación aplicable en Colombia.
10.2 El usuario entiende que cualquier acción o procedimiento legal entre IFUNDTRADERS u OLIVER VELEZ y el usuario con cualquier fin relativo a este Acuerdo o a las obligaciones de las partes en virtud del mismo se resolverá únicamente en un TRIBUNAL DE ARBITRAMENTO COLOMBIANO.
