COSTO MENSUAL DE LA PLATAFORMA

COSTO MENSUAL DE MEMBRESIA 125 DOLARES. Este pago cubre los datos en tiempo real, el costo de uso de la Plataforma de Trading  una cuota de membresía mensual, junto con otros costos menores. La plataforma en la cual operan los traders de Ifundtraders que desean cumplir los requisitos de graduación y ser fondeados por Oliver Velez con un poder de compra de 50.000 USD tiene un costo de 125 USD que se deben pagar de forma mensual, pero para la comunidad latina Oliver ha decidido de su propio patrimonio dar un subsidio de 40 USD al mes a cada trader que opere esta plataforma, este obsequio que da Oliver a su comunidad  puede desaparecer en el momento que el mismo Oliver decida no brindarlo más, bien sea a toda la comunidad, o algun(os) traders. Para retirar este beneficio Ifundtraders no debe dar ningún tipo de aviso previo.

Declaro que de manera libre y voluntaria adquiero este programa y conozco que este pago cubre diversos costos, como lo son provisión de datos en vivo del trader, membresía mensual de ifundtraders, acceso a comunidades en redes sociales y otros varios costos menores; A demás declaro que fui informado que este pago mensual cubre la plataforma de entrenamiento de trading en la cual voy a operar para lograr acceder a una fuente de financiamiento total si llenare los requisitos estipulados en www.tradingolivervelez.com, este pago en ningún caso constituye depósito para el comercio, cuenta de pago o cualquier servicio posterior. Este pago lo realizo única y exclusivamente para recibir educación en inversiones y por lo tanto reitero mi aceptación a la política de NO DEVOLUCIÓN DE DINERO.

Políticas de funcionamiento del programa Complete Trader Program:

Entiendo y acepto de manera libre y voluntaria además de los términos y políticas generales  consignados en www.tradingolivervelez.com, los términos y políticas particulares del programa Complete Trader Program que se describen a continuación:

1. El programa Complete Trader Program es un programa de Complete Trader Program, que consta algunos videos con enseñanzas sobre trading impartidos por Oliver Velez y traducidos al español, los cuales son enviados al practicante a los tres días siguientes de realizar el pago del valor cobrado por el programa.

El programa Complete Trader Program tiene como objetivo impartir educación sobre trading; entregar la metodología de trading que aplica Oliver Velez. Es responsabilidad de cada persona que adquiera el programa aprenderla, practicarla y aplicarla, ya que el trading es una profesión que consta de muchas variables personales, tanto psicológicas como de técnicas de trading que el practicante debe ir adquiriendo en su día a día de práctica, pero que no es de control de la empresa Escuela de Capacitaciones (en adelante ifundtraders) que el practicante tenga la disciplina y constancia necesarias para adquirirlas.

El programa Complete Trader Program pone a disposición del practicante el conocimiento de Oliver Velez en sus más de 35 años de trading, además de 90 días de acceso a una sala de trading en vivo impartidas por traders que hacen parte del équido de traders de Oliver Velez.

1. Los videos mencionados en el numeral anterior, tienen como fin dar a conocer al practicante los detalles de cómo opera Oliver Velez, además de enseñar las tácticas que usa Oliver Velez para decidir entrar a una operación de trading, cuáles son sus señales de entrada, donde ubica su stop, cuando toma ganancias, cuando mueve su stop, cuando agrega a una operación, así como también por qué decide retirarse de un trade.

2. El practicante entiende y acepta que es su exclusiva responsabilidad ver estos videos y sacar el mayor provecho posible a las enseñanzas que en ellos se imparte.

3. COMUNIDAD DE TRADING DE OLIVER VELEZ. En la red social de Facebook se ha creado un grupo específico llamado COMUNIDAD DE TRADING DE OLIVER VELEZ, a la cual se le otorgará acceso al practicante, ya que en dicha comunidad quedaran grabadas las charlas impartidas por Oliver Velez 2 veces al mes, además de ser un puente entre los demás practicantes para compartir sus operaciones y realizar retroalimentación de lo aprendido; por este mismo medio se dará a conocer información importante para toda la comunidad de trading. Ifundtraders se reserva el derecho de expulsar de esta comunidad a cualquier persona que no cumpla con las reglas incluidas en el grupo de Facebook COMUNIDAD DE TRADING DE OLIVER VELEZ

4. CUENTA DEMO DE TRADING. cada practicante inscrito tiene la opción de comprar una cuenta demo de trading en la plataforma la cual tiene un costo de 125 dólares mensuales que se descontarán de una tarjeta de crédito que deberá ser aportada por el practicante; si decide hacerlo se le otorgará un respectivo usuario y contraseña en la cual podrá practicar en el mercado de acciones su trading en el horario de 8:30 am a 4:00 pm horario de New York, de lunes a viernes, la plataforma no se podrá usar fuera de estos días ni horario, como tampoco se podrá usar en días feriados de Estados Unidos.                La plataforma en la cual operan los traders de Ifundtraders que desean cumplir los requisitos de graduación y ser fondeados por Oliver Velez con un poder de compra de 50.000 USD tiene un costo de 125 USD que se deben pagar de forma mensual, pero para la comunidad latina Oliver ha decidido de su propio patrimonio dar un subsidio de 40 USD al mes a cada trader que opere esta plataforma, este obsequio que da Oliver a su comunidad  puede desaparecer en el momento que el mismo Oliver decida no brindarlo más, bien sea a toda la comunidad, o algun(os) traders. Para retirar este beneficio Ifundtraders no debe dar ningún tipo de aviso previo

5. Al realizar las operaciones de práctica de trading el practicante tendrá unas limitaciones en su operativa que Ifundtraders considera indispensables para forjar carácter como trader profesional, las cuales se mencionan a continuación y que el trader acepta de manera libre y voluntaria.

• El practicante solo podrá operar las acciones que se encuentran en la lista IFT100

• Se opera en lotes, cada lote debe contener mínimo 100 acciones y se puede operar máximo 5 lotes por operación siempre y cuando el valor no supere su poder de compra.

• Ifundtraders determinará una lista de acciones operables para el practicante

Requisitos de la nueva Plataforma Sterling, desde el 8 de octubre del 2020

• Nuestro nuevo programa de administración de riesgo ahora vendrá equipado con nuevas funciones tanto para la pérdida máxima como para los stops tipo trailing stop. También estaremos eliminando la pérdida máxima semanal y estaremos aplicando solo una pérdida máxima diaria para asegurarnos que los traders puedan operar todos los días de la semana.

• La nueva pérdida máxima diaria será de $200 para todas las cuentas de $50k de poder de compra. Y $350 para todas las cuentas en el nivel de $100k de poder de compra, como mencionamos antes, no habrá pérdida máxima semanal, esta pérdida máxima diaria va a permitir que ustedes hagan trading 5 días a la semana, así van a poder practicar todos los días. El sistema de autoliquidación va a funcionar igual que antes si se llega a la pérdida máxima diaria.

• La nueva función de Trailing stop para cuidar las ganancias funcionara de la siguiente manera:

• El poder de compra seguirá siendo el mismo que tienen en la actualidad, pero las acciones que se vana a operar ya no dependerán del valor de la acción, significa esto que se podrán operar acciones de mas de 175 dólares que estén en la lista IFT.

• El número de lotes a operar para las cuentas de 50K seguirá siendo de 5, esto dependiendo del valor de la acción, ya que dependiendo el valor de la acción que decidan operar, si es muy alto no les permitirá comprar 5 lotes porque excedería su poder de compra.

• Se seguirá implementando la lista de acciones IFT que podrán ser operadas por los traders en formación.

• Los requisitos para pasar a una cuenta real seguirán siendo los mismos que ustedes conocen: “El programa Complete Trader Program incluye un incentivo para los practicantes, que consiste en llegar a ser fondeados en una cuenta real de trading por Oliver Vélez por valor de 50 mil dólares de poder de compra, si llegase a cumplir los siguientes requisitos: 1. Realizar como mínimo 200 operaciones de trading en la cuenta de práctica adquirida por el practicante. 2. Demostrar como mínimo 90 días de operaciones. 3. Lograr ganar 3.000 dólares netos en su cuenta demo; se debe entender que estos 3.000 dólares de deben ganar conservando los 50 mil dólares netos que se otorgan como poder de compra de acciones. 1. FONDEO DE CUENTA REAL

El programa Complete Trader Program incluye un incentivo para los practicantes, que consiste en llegar a ser fondeados en una cuenta real de trading por Oliver Velez por valor de 50 mil dólares de poder de compra, si llegase a cumplir los siguientes requisitos: 1. Realizar como mínimo 200 operaciones de trading en la cuenta de práctica adquirida por el practicante. 2. Demostrar como mínimo 90 días de operaciones. 3. Lograr ganar 3.000 dólares netos en su cuenta demo ; se debe entender que estos 3.000 dólares de deben ganar conservando los 50 mil dólares netos que se otorgan como poder de compra de acciones. Es decir que si una persona en su operativa diaria  y acumulativa, lleva su cuenta a -10.000 usd por ejemplo, debe recuperar esos 10 mil dólares perdidos y además ganar 3 mil dólares netos. LIVE TRADING CAMP: al realizar la compra de manera libre y voluntaria de este programa, ACEPTO que lo que estoy adquiriendo es un entrenamiento presencial u online con Oliver Vélez, que el entrenamiento se realizará en los días establecidos por ifundtraders y que mi imposibilidad de asistir al evento no generará por parte ifundtraders la obligación de devolver ninguna cantidad de dinero como compensación por no asistencia. 1.2 Términos y condiciones de uso del Portal. El presente documento establece los términos y condiciones bajo los cuales el usuario puede utilizar este Portal. Ø  3 notificaciones de entradas o salidas que realiza Oliver Vélez en su portafolio semanalmente si las hay y si Oliver las ejecuta, las cuales se publicaran en el grupo de Facebook anteriormente mencionado.

Ø  Acceso a las clases dictadas y grabadas del año 2020 en adelante.

8.0 al ingresar al programa acepta que no está adquiriendo un curso de venta de señales, no se enseña cómo abrir una cuenta en un bróker, no se administran posiciones de ningún suscriptor al curso, no se enseña a operar plataforma alguna ni se recomienda, no tiene graduación para operar con el dinero de Oliver Vélez. En este programa se adquiere únicamente educación impartida por Oliver Vélez en lo referente a trading de acciones, divisas y futuros.

9.0 el costo del PROGRAMA WEALTH TRADING BY OLIVER VELEZ, es de 4.000 dólares y con autorización de Oliver Velez y en los tiempos que él los otorgue tendrá descuentos desde los 1.997 dólares, hasta los 1.797 dólares. Este pago se realiza una sola vez y no constituye una membresía.

10. Legislación aplicable y resolución de disputas

10.1 Este Acuerdo se regirá e interpretará exclusivamente de conformidad con la legislación aplicable en Colombia.

10.2 El usuario entiende que cualquier acción o procedimiento legal entre IFUNDTRADERS u OLIVER VELEZ y el usuario con cualquier fin relativo a este Acuerdo o a las obligaciones de las partes en virtud del mismo se resolverá únicamente en un TRIBUNAL DE ARBITRAMENTO COLOMBIANO.

Políticas de funcionamiento del programa Swing Prop Trader:

Entiendo y acepto de manera libre y voluntaria además de los términos y políticas generales  consignados en www.tradingolivervelez.com, los términos y políticas particulares del programa Swing Prop Trader que se describen a continuación:

1. El programa Swing Prop Trader, consta de algunos videos con enseñanzas sobre trading impartidos por Bill Deichler y traducidos al español, los cuales son enviados al practicante a los tres días siguientes de realizar el pago del valor cobrado por el programa.

El programa Swing Prop Trader tiene como objetivo impartir educación sobre Swing Trading; entregar la metodología de trading avalada por Oliver Velez. Es responsabilidad de cada persona que adquiera el programa aprenderla, practicarla y aplicarla, ya que el trading es una profesión que consta de muchas variables personales, tanto psicológicas como de técnicas de trading que el practicante debe ir adquiriendo en su día a día de práctica, pero que no es de control de la empresa Escuela de Capacitaciones (en adelante ifundtraders) que el practicante tenga la disciplina y constancia necesarias para adquirirlas.

El programa Swing Prop Trader pone a disposición del practicante el conocimiento de Bill Deichler.

Los videos mencionados en el numeral anterior, tienen como fin dar a conocer al practicante los detalles de cómo opera Bill Deichler, además de enseñar las tácticas que usa para decidir entrar a una operación de swing trading, cuáles son sus señales de entrada, donde ubica su stop, cuando toma ganancias, cuando mueve su stop, cuando agrega a una operación, así como también por qué decide retirarse de un trade.

1. El practicante entiende y acepta que es su exclusiva responsabilidad ver estos videos y sacar el mayor provecho posible a las enseñanzas que en ellos se imparte.

2. CUENTA DEMO DE TRADING. cada practicante inscrito tiene la opción de comprar una cuenta demo de trading en la plataforma la cual tiene un costo de 125 dólares mensuales que se descontarán de una tarjeta de crédito que deberá ser aportada por el practicante; si decide hacerlo se le otorgará un respectivo usuario y contraseña en la cual podrá practicar su trading en el mercado de divisas en el horario de 5:00 p.m. del domingo a 5:00 p.m. del viernes horario de New York. La plataforma no se podrá usar fuera de estos días.

La plataforma en la cual operan los traders de Ifundtraders que desean cumplir los requisitos de graduación y ser fondeados por Oliver Velez con un poder de compra de 50.000 USD tiene un costo de 125 USD que se deben pagar de forma mensual, pero para la comunidad latina Oliver ha decidido de su propio patrimonio dar un subsidio de 40 USD al mes a cada trader que opere esta plataforma, este obsequio que da Oliver a su comunidad  puede desaparecer en el momento que el mismo Oliver decida no brindarlo más, bien sea a toda la comunidad, o algun(os) traders. Para retirar este beneficio Ifundtraders no debe dar ningún tipo de aviso previo

COSTO MENSUAL DE LA PLATAFORMA

EL COSTO MENSUAL DE LA MEMBRESIA ES DE 125 DOLARES. Este pago cubre los datos en tiempo real, el costo de uso de la plataforma para operar Forex, una cuota de membresía mensual, junto con otros costos menores. La plataforma en la cual operan los traders de Ifundtraders que desean cumplir los requisitos de graduación y ser fondeados por Oliver Velez con un poder de compra de 50.000 USD tiene un costo de 125 USD que se deben pagar de forma mensual, pero para la comunidad latina Oliver ha decidido de su propio patrimonio dar un subsidio de 40 USD al mes a cada trader que opere esta plataforma, este obsequio que da Oliver a su comunidad  puede desaparecer en el momento que el mismo Oliver decida no brindarlo más, bien sea a toda la comunidad, o algun(os) traders. Para retirar este beneficio Ifundtraders no debe dar ningún tipo de aviso previo.

Declaro que de manera libre y voluntaria adquiero este programa y conozco que este pago cubre diversos costos y condiciona el acceso a las salas de trading en vivo, a las sesiones de estudio, el acceso a la plataforma para operar Forex y al proceso de graduación. Además declaro que fui informado que este pago mensual cubre la plataforma para operar Forex en la cual voy a operar para lograr acceder a una fuente de financiamiento total si llenare los requisitos estipulados en www.tradingolivervelez.com. Este pago en ningún caso constituye depósito para el comercio, cuenta de pago o cualquier servicio posterior. Este pago lo realizo única y exclusivamente para recibir educación en inversiones y por lo tanto reitero mi aceptación a la política de NO DEVOLUCIÓN DE DINERO.
FONDEO DE CUENTA REAL

El programa Swing Prop Trader incluye un incentivo para los practicantes, que consiste en llegar a ser fondeados en una cuenta real de trading por Oliver Velez por valor de 50 mil dólares de poder de compra, si llegase a cumplir los siguientes requisitos: 1. Realizar como mínimo 100 operaciones de trading en la cuenta de práctica adquirida por el practicante. 2. Demostrar como mínimo 90 días de operaciones. 3. Lograr ganar 3.000 dólares netos en su cuenta demo ; se debe entender que estos 3.000 dólares se deben ganar conservando los 50 mil dólares netos que se otorgan como poder de compra. Es decir que si una persona en su operativa diaria y acumulativa, lleva su cuenta a -10.000 usd por ejemplo, debe recuperar esos 10 mil dólares perdidos y además ganar 3 mil dólares netos. Para lograr este objetivo, no contará con la coacción de un periodo máximo de tiempo, ya que cada trader puede y debe tomarse el tiempo para desarrollar su talento hasta lograr ser consistente.

CONDICIONES GENERALES Y SU ACEPTACIÓN

Estas condiciones generales (en adelante, las “Condiciones Generales”) regulan el uso del servicio de portal de Internet www.tradingolivervelez.com (en adelante, el “Portal”) que tradingolivervelez.com en Representación  de IFundTraders (en adelante, “IFundTraders”) pone a disposición de los usuarios de Internet.

La utilización del Portal atribuye la condición de usuario del Portal (en adelante, el “Usuario”) y expresa la aceptación plena y sin reservas del Usuario de todas y cada una de las Condiciones Generales en la versión publicada por IFUNDTRADERS en el momento mismo en que el Usuario acceda al Portal. En consecuencia, el Usuario debe leer atentamente las Condiciones Generales en cada una de las ocasiones en que se proponga utilizar el Portal.

La utilización de ciertos servicios ofrecidos a los Usuarios a través del Portal se encuentra sometida a condiciones particulares propias que, según los casos, sustituyen, completan y/o modifican las Condiciones Generales (en adelante, las “Condiciones Particulares”). Con anterioridad a la utilización de dichos servicios, por tanto, el Usuario también ha de leer atentamente las correspondientes Condiciones Particulares.

Asimismo, la utilización del Servicio se encuentra sometida igualmente a todos los avisos, reglamentos de uso e instrucciones puestos en conocimiento del Usuario por IFUNDTRADERS, que completan lo previsto en estas Condiciones Generales en cuanto no se opongan a ellas.

1.1.CONDICIONES DE ACCESO Y UTILIZACIÓN DEL PORTAL

Carácter gratuito del acceso y utilización del Portal

La prestación del servicio de Portal por parte de IFUNDTRADERS es gratuito para los Usuarios y no exige la previa suscripción o registro del Usuario. No obstante, la utilización de algunos Servicios sólo puede hacerse mediante suscripción o registro del Usuario y/o pago de un precio, de la forma en que se indica expresamente en sus correspondientes Condiciones Particulares.

1.2.OBLIGACIÓN DE HACER UN USO CORRECTO DEL PORTAL Y DE LOS SERVICIOS

El Usuario se compromete a utilizar el Portal y los Servicios de conformidad con la ley, estas Condiciones Generales, así como con la moral, las buenas costumbres y el orden público.

El Usuario se obliga a abstenerse de utilizar el Portal y los Servicios con fines o efectos ilícitos, contrarios a lo establecido en estas Condiciones Generales, lesivos de los derechos e intereses de terceros, o que de cualquier forma puedan dañar, inutilizar, sobrecargar o deteriorar el Portal y los Servicios o impedir la normal utilización o disfrute del Portal y de los Servicios por parte de los Usuarios.

1.3.MEDIOS PARA LA OBTENCIÓN DE CONTENIDOS

El Usuario deberá abstenerse de obtener e incluso de intentar obtener informaciones, mensajes, gráficos, dibujos, archivos de sonido y/o imagen, fotografías, grabaciones, software y, en general, cualquier clase de material accesibles a través del Portal o de los Servicios (en adelante, los “Contenidos”) empleando para ello medios o procedimientos distintos de los que, según los casos, se hayan puesto a su disposición a este efecto o se hayan indicado a este efecto en las páginas web donde se encuentren los Contenidos o, en general, de los que se empleen habitualmente en Internet a este efecto siempre que no entrañen un riesgo de daño o inutilización del Portal, de los Servicios y/o de los Contenidos.

El material fotográfico utilizado en el Portal son obras protegidas por las normas de derechos de autor y tanto IFUNDTRADERS tienen los derechos patrimoniales de exhibición y puesta disposición de estas en el Portal. En todo caso, los Usuarios requerirán de autorización previa para el uso de las imágenes almacenadas en el Portal.

1.4.PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

Se prohíbe la modificación, reproducción, publicación o transferencia de cualquier Contenido a otras personas, o su uso para cualquier fin Excepto en la medida en que la ley vigente lo permita, está prohibido desensamblar, descompilar, aplicar ingeniería inversa o intentar por cualquier medio romper la protección del contenido. Todos los contenidos, elementos e información de este Sitio incluyendo todo texto, formato, imágenes, música, marcas, logotipos, enseñas, nombres comerciales, sonidos, gráficos, videos, animación, y demás materiales de este Portal son de propiedad de IFUNDTRADERS, sus filiales y afiliadas y controlantes, y aquellos de terceros contratistas, licenciantes o cedentes que corresponda. Algunos de los Contenidos están protegidos por las leyes de derechos de autor y de marca registrada. Cualquier uso no autorizado sobre los Servicios y Contenidos del Portal que viole los derechos de propiedad y de propiedad intelectual de IFUNDTRADERS o de terceros, podrá implicar el inicio de las acciones legales correspondientes por parte de los titulares de los derechos. El acceso o uso de este Portal no implicará de ninguna manera la concesión o negación de cualquier licencia, concesión o derecho de uso sobre cualquiera de las marcas, nombres, logotipos, diseños o Contenidos protegidos por el derecho de propiedad intelectual de IFUNDTRADERS o de cualquier tercero, según corresponda. No se permite la creación de páginas web, sitios de Internet, documentos electrónicos o programas de computador o aplicaciones informáticas de cualquier tipo que contengan hiper-vínculos o marcas que redirijan al navegante a cualquier Contenido de este Portal, sin la correspondiente autorización.

1.5.USO CORRECTO DE LOS CONTENIDOS

El Usuario se obliga a usar los Contenidos de forma diligente, correcta y lícita y, en particular, se compromete a abstenerse de (a) utilizar los Contenidos de forma, con fines o efectos contrarios a la ley, a la moral y a las buenas costumbres generalmente aceptadas o al orden público; (b) reproducir o copiar, distribuir, permitir el acceso del público a través de cualquier modalidad de comunicación pública, transformar o modificar los Contenidos, a menos que se cuente con la autorización del titular de los correspondientes derechos o ello resulte legalmente permitido; (c) suprimir, eludir o manipular el “copyright” y demás datos identificativos de los derechos de IFUNDTRADERS o de sus titulares incorporados a los Contenidos, así como los dispositivos técnicos de protección, las huellas digitales o cualesquiera mecanismos de información que pudieren contener los Contenidos; (d) emplear los Contenidos y, en particular, la información de cualquier clase obtenida a través del Portal o de los Servicios para remitir publicidad, comunicaciones con fines de venta directa o con cualquier otra clase de finalidad comercial, mensajes no solicitados dirigidos a una pluralidad de personas con independencia de su finalidad, así como a abstenerse de comercializar o divulgar de cualquier modo dicha información.

1.7.RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS

El Usuario responderá de los daños y perjuicios de toda naturaleza que IFundTraders pueda sufrir, directa o indirectamente, como consecuencia de incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones derivadas de las Condiciones Generales o de la ley en relación con la utilización del Portal.

2.OBJETO

A través del Portal, IFUNDTRADERS facilita a los Usuarios el acceso y la utilización de diversos servicios y contenidos puestos a disposición de los Usuarios por IFUNDTRADERS o por terceros usuarios del Portal y/o terceros proveedores de servicios y contenidos (en adelante, los “Servicios”).

IFUNDTRADERS se reserva el derecho a modificar unilateralmente, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, la presentación y configuración del Portal, así como los Servicios y las condiciones requeridas para utilizar el Portal y los Servicios.

3.DATOS DE CARÁCTER PERSONAL

Para utilizar algunos de los Servicios, los Usuarios deben proporcionar previamente a IFUNDTRADERS ciertos datos de carácter personal (en adelante, los “Datos Personales”). IFUNDTRADERS tratará automatizadamente los Datos Personales con las finalidades así como bajo las condiciones definidas en su Política de Protección de Datos.

4.EMPLEO DE TECNOLOGÍA COOKIE

IFUNDTRADERS utiliza cookies cuando un Usuario navega por los sitios y páginas web del Portal. Nuestras cookies se asocian únicamente con un Usuario anónimo y su ordenador y no proporcionan referencias que permitan deducir el nombre y apellidos del Usuario. Las cookies de IFUNDTRADERS no pueden leer datos de su disco duro ni leer los archivos cookie creados por otros proveedores. IFUNDTRADERS cifra los datos identificativos del Usuario para mayor seguridad. Gracias a las cookies, resulta posible que IFUNDTRADERS reconozca a los Usuarios registrados después de que éstos se hayan registrado por primera vez, sin que se tengan que registrarse en cada visita para acceder a las áreas y servicios reservados exclusivamente a ellos. El Usuario tiene la posibilidad de configurar su navegador para ser avisado en pantalla de la recepción de cookies y para impedir la instalación de cookies en su disco duro. Por favor, consulte las instrucciones y manuales de su navegador para ampliar ésta información. Para utilizar el Portal, no resulta necesario que el Usuario permita la instalación de las cookies enviadas por IFUNDTRADERS, sin perjuicio de que en tal caso será necesario que el Usuario se registre cada vez que acceda a un servicio que requiera el previo registro.

Estas cookies serán utilizadas para algunos Servicios como las Listas de Favoritos, por ello, cuando el Usuario comparta sus Listas cualquier persona que tenga acceso a las políticas de privacidad que se encuentran en este documento.

5.UTILIZACIÓN DEL PORTAL, DE LOS SERVICIOS Y DE LOS CONTENIDOS BAJO EXCLUSIVA RESPONSABILIDAD DEL USUARIO

Uso del Portal: el acceso a este significa que usted ha aceptado que el uso que usted hará de este Portal, de sus Contenidos y la información contenida en éste tendrá propósitos legítimos y legales, y se hará en cumplimiento de estos TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES y de todas y cualesquiera leyes aplicables, en todo caso, bajo su única responsabilidad. 6.EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS Y DE RESPONSABILIDAD

6.1.EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS Y DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL PORTAL Y DE LOS SERVICIOS

6.1.1.DISPONIBILIDAD Y CONTINUIDAD, UTILIDAD Y FALIBILIDAD

IFUNDTRADERS no garantiza la disponibilidad y continuidad del funcionamiento del Portal y de los Servicios. Cuando ello sea posible, IFUNDTRADERS advertirá previamente las interrupciones en el funcionamiento del Portal y de los Servicios. IFUNDTRADERS tampoco garantiza la utilidad del Portal y de los Servicios para la realización de ninguna actividad en particular, ni su infalibilidad y, en particular, aunque no de modo exclusivo, que los Usuarios puedan efectivamente utilizar el Portal y los Servicios, acceder a las distintas páginas web que forman el Portal o a aquellas desde las que se prestan los Servicios.

IFUNDTRADERS EXCLUYE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS DE TODA NATURALEZA QUE PUEDAN DEBERSE A LA FALTA DE DISPONIBILIDAD O DE CONTINUIDAD DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL PORTAL Y DE LOS SERVICIOS, A LA DEFRAUDACIÓN DE LA UTILIDAD QUE LOS USUARIOS HUBIEREN PODIDO ATRIBUIR AL PORTAL Y A LOS SERVICIOS, A LA FALIBILIDAD DEL PORTAL Y DE LOS SERVICIOS, Y EN PARTICULAR, AUNQUE NO DE MODO EXCLUSIVO, A LOS FALLOS EN EL ACCESO A LAS DISTINTAS PÁGINAS WEB DEL PORTAL O A AQUELLAS DESDE LAS QUE SE PRESTAN LOS SERVICIOS.

6.1.2.PRIVACIDAD Y SEGURIDAD EN LA UTILIZACIÓN DEL PORTAL Y DE LOS SERVICIOS

IFUNDTRADERS no garantiza la privacidad y seguridad de la utilización del Portal y de los Servicios y, en particular, no garantiza que terceros no autorizados no puedan tener conocimiento de la clase, condiciones, características y circunstancias del uso que los Usuarios hacen del Portal y de los Servicios.

IFUNDTRADERS EXCLUYE TODA RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS DE TODA NATURALEZA QUE PUDIERAN DEBERSE AL CONOCIMIENTO QUE PUEDAN TENER TERCEROS NO AUTORIZADOS DE LA CLASE, CONDICIONES, CARACTERÍSTICAS Y CIRCUNSTANCIAS DEL USO QUE LOS USUARIOS HACEN DEL PORTAL Y DE LOS SERVICIOS.

6.1.3.EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS Y DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS CONTENIDOS

6.1.3.1.CALIDAD

IFUNDTRADERS no controla ni garantiza la ausencia de virus ni de otros elementos en los Contenidos que puedan producir alteraciones en su sistema informático (software y hardware) o en los documentos electrónicos y ficheros almacenados en su sistema informático.

IFUNDTRADERS EXCLUYE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS DE TODA NATURALEZA QUE PUEDAN DEBERSE A LA PRESENCIA DE VIRUS O A LA PRESENCIA DE OTROS ELEMENTOS EN LOS CONTENIDOS QUE PUEDAN PRODUCIR ALTERACIONES EN EL SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO, DOCUMENTOS ELECTRONICOS O FICHEROS DE LOS USUARIOS.

6.1.4.LICITUD, FIABILIDAD Y UTILIDAD

IFUNDTRADERS no garantiza la licitud, fiabilidad y utilidad de los contenidos.

IFUNDTRADERS excluye cualquier responsabilidad por los daños y perjuicios de toda naturaleza que puedan deberse a la transmisión, difusión, almacenamiento, puesta a disposición, recepción, obtención o acceso a los contenidos, y en particular, aunque no de modo exclusivo, por los daños y perjuicios que puedan deberse a (a) el incumplimiento de la ley, la moral y las buenas costumbres generalmente aceptadas o el orden público como consecuencia de la transmisión, difusión, almacenamiento, puesta a disposición, recepción, obtención o acceso a los contenidos; (b) la infracción de los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial, de los secretos empresariales, de compromisos contractuales de cualquier clase, de los derechos al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la imagen de las personas, de los derechos de propiedad y de toda otra naturaleza pertenecientes a un tercero como consecuencia de la transmisión, difusión, almacenamiento, puesta a disposición, recepción, obtención o acceso a los contenidos; (c) la realización de actos de competencia desleal y publicidad ilícita como consecuencia de la transmisión, difusión, almacenamiento, puesta a disposición, recepción, obtención o acceso a los contenidos; (d) la falta de veracidad, exactitud, exhaustividad, pertinencia y/o actualidad de los contenidos; (e) la inadecuación para cualquier clase de propósito de y la defraudación de las expectativas generadas por los contenidos; (f) el incumplimiento, retraso en el cumplimiento, cumplimiento defectuoso o terminación por cualquier causa de las obligaciones contraídas por terceros y contratos realizados con terceros a través de o con motivo del acceso a los contenidos; (g) los vicios y defectos de toda clase de los contenidos transmitidos, difundidos, almacenados, puestos a disposición o de otra forma transmitidos o puestos a disposición, recibidos, obtenidos o a los que se haya accedido a través del portal o de los servicios.

6.1.5.EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS Y DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS SERVICIOS PRESTADOS POR TERCEROS A TRAVÉS DEL PORTAL

6.1.5.1.CALIDAD

IFUNDTRADERS no controla ni garantiza la ausencia de virus ni de otros elementos en los servicios prestados por terceros a través del Portal que puedan producir alteraciones en su sistema informático (software y hardware) o en los documentos electrónicos y ficheros almacenados en su sistema informático.

IFUNDTRADERS EXCLUYE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS DE TODA NATURALEZA QUE PUEDAN DEBERSE A LA PRESENCIA DE VIRUS O A LA PRESENCIA DE OTROS ELEMENTOS LESIVOS EN LOS SERVICIOS PRESTADOS POR TERCEROS A TRAVÉS DEL PORTAL QUE PUEDAN PRODUCIR ALTERACIONES EN EL SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO, DOCUMENTOS ELECTRONICOS O FICHEROS DE LOS USUARIOS.

6.1.5.2.LICITUD, FIABILIDAD Y UTILIDAD

IFUNDTRADERS no garantiza la licitud, fiabilidad y utilidad de los servicios prestados por terceros a través del Portal.

7.NO LICENCIA

IFUNDTRADERS no concede ninguna licencia o autorización de uso de ninguna clase sobre sus derechos de propiedad industrial e intelectual o sobre cualquier otra propiedad o derecho relacionado con el Portal, los Servicios o los Contenidos.

8.DENEGACIÓN Y RETIRADA DEL ACCESO AL PORTAL Y/O A LOS SERVICIOS

The Complete Trader Program program is an onlineprogram, which consists of videos with teachings on trading given by Oliver Velez and translated into Spanish (from English), which are sent to the practitioner three days after making the payment of the amount charged by the program.

1.The Complete Trader Program program aims to provide trading education and to deliver the trading methodology applied by Oliver Velez. each person who acquires is responsible to learn, practice and apply it, since trading is a profession that consists of many personal variables, both psychological and trading techniques that the practitioner must acquire in their day-to-day practice. But it is not under Escuela de Capacitaciones’ control (hereinafter ifundtraders) that the practitioner has the discipline and perseverance necessary to acquire them.

The Complete Trader Program program makes available to the practitioner Oliver Velez’s knowledge of over 35 years of trading, as well as 90 days of access to a live trading room taught by traders who are part of Oliver Velez’s team of traders.

2.The videos mentioned in the previous paragraph, are intended to inform the practitioner the details of how Oliver Velez trades, in addition to teaching the tactics that Oliver Velez uses to decide to enter a trade, what are his entry signals, where to place your stop, when to take profit, when to move your stop, when to add to a trade, as well as when and why to decide to withdraw from a trade.

5.TRADING DEMO ACCOUNT. Each registered practitioner has the option of purchasing a demo trading account on the  platform, which has a cost of $125 per month that will be deducted from a credit card that must be provided by the practitioner; If you decide to do so, you will be given a respective username and password in which you can practice your trading in the stock market from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. New York time, Monday through Friday, the platform cannot be used outside of these days or hours, as well as it can not be used on United States’ holidays.

6.When carrying out the practice trades, the practitioner will have some limitations in his trading that Ifundtraders considers essential to forge character as a professional trader, which are mentioned below and that the trader accepts freely and voluntarily.

The practitioner can only trade the shares that are on the IFT100 list
It is traded in lots, each lot must contain a minimum of 100 shares and a maximum of 5 lots per trade can be traded as long as the value does not exceed its purchasing power.
Ifundtraders will determine a list of tradable stocks for the practitioner

Requirements for the new Sterling Platform, as of October 8, 2020 

• Our new risk management program will now be equipped with new functions regarding max loss per day and profit protection trailing stops. We will also be eliminating the max loss per week to make sure that traders can be able to trade every day of the week.

• The new max loss per day will be $200 for all accounts with $50k buying power. And $350 for all the accounts with $100K buying power. As mentioned before, there will not be a max loss per week, this max loss per day will allow traders to trade the 5 days of the trading week and therefore have 5 days of practice. The auto liquidation will work the same as before if you reach the max loss per day.

• The new profit protection trailing stop will work in the following manner:

For $50k accounts, once your open or closed profit reaches $100, Your daily stop will be moved to 0, meaning that you can no longer end the day in negative territory and if you lose those $100, your platform will be shut down as if you had reached the max loss per day. When you reach $200 in profit, your daily stop will be moved to $100 to make sure that you end up with profit for the day. You can continue to trade and look for more profit but your stop will remain at $100, from this point on you can decide how to manage your profit trailing stop.

• The buying power will remain the same as the one you previously had, but the stocks that you can trade will no longer depend on the price, this means that you will be able to trade stocks with a price higher than $175 that are in the IFT50 list.

• The amount of lots to trade for 50k accounts is still 5, this will depend on the price of the stock and the capacity of your buying power, if the price is too high, it might surpass your buying power.

• The IFT 50 list will be implemented and these will be the stocks that will be available to trade for traders in development.

• The requisites to gain access to a live account are still the same: “The Complete Trader Program program has an incentive for traders for the participants, which consists in being funded with a real trading account by Oliver Velez with a value of 50 thousand USD of buying power. The trader must achieve the following criteria:

1. Minimum 200 trades in the simulator account acquired by the user.
